Now maybe I'm missing something here, but my question is, why has it taken so long for the Feds to DO anything, whether this is really the Zodiac killer or not? I re4ckon if he had robbed a bank he'd have been living under the jail by now. Is that cynical and nasty? Yep, it sure is.
