May be a bit heavy for some, but very infomative.
AKA: R ALA and ALA, R ALA is the R fraction and is a bit more potent, ALA has both the R fraction and the S fraction. The S fraction is a mirror of the R fraction and is an agonist of the R fraction. When taking the two forms it requires less of the R fraction to get the same results as a much higher dose of the combined fractions form of ALA.
