Harlequin announces new, digital only Carina Press


From the chatter amongst Romance authors on Twitter today, it looks like Harlequin has been removed from the RWA (Romance Writers of America) Approved Publisher’s List. There is supposedly a notice posted on the RWA site. I guess Harlequin is gonna be more like Elloras Cave now?
